Refund Policy

Fair on both sides

Plans change. Here is how CLICKFORGE PC CLUB handles cancellations and money back on bookings and passes.

01 Before your session

  • Cancel any time before your booked start and it costs nothing.
  • Paid in advance and cancelling before the session? We refund in full.
  • No-shows and self-shortened sessions are not refunded once the block has begun.

02 Passes

  • Unused, unopened passes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once any hours are used, the remaining balance stays on the pass but is no longer refundable for cash.

03 If something breaks

  • If a fault on our side interrupts your paid session and we cannot re-seat you, we credit or refund the affected time — just tell the desk before you leave.

04 Getting your money

  • Refunds return to the original payment method where possible, usually within 5–10 business days.
  • To request one, email [email protected] with your name and order details, or ask at the front desk.
