How we handle your details

At CLICKFORGE PC CLUB we ask for the least we need and keep it briefly. Here is exactly what we collect in Posadas, why, and for how long.

01 The details we take

  • Booking and contact form entries: your name, email, and the date, seat and hours you want.
  • Payment is taken at the desk or via a third-party processor; we never store full card numbers.
  • Basic technical data any web server logs, used only to keep the site working.
  • A hidden anti-spam field real visitors never see; anything it catches is dropped at once.

02 Why we keep it

  • To confirm and hold your seat, process your purchase, answer questions and keep our records straight.
  • We do not sell your data and we run no advertising trackers on this site.

03 Retention

  • Booking and order records live only as long as scheduling, accounting and law require, then are cleared.
  • Cancel a booking and its record goes in the next clear-out.

04 What you can ask for

  • Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold under your name and we will — write to [email protected].
